Garage Gym Chronicles: 07/08/2025 Training Log. Legs


Warm up: clam shells x 15/15; dead bugs x 10/10; band pull aparts x 20


Ex 1: single leg RDL-3x12/12 (add weight next session)

Ex 2: Bulgarian split squats-3x7/7

Ex 3: 1 hand kettlebell swings-3x10/10

Ex 4: single leg bench squats-3x6/6

Ex 5: offset kettlebell calf raise-3x10/10


Total Time = 53 minutes


It was a toasty 104 degree F leg session in the garage after work today. Whilst it was extra sweaty, it was a very good leg session. 


Eliminate excuses. 


How you feel is a lie.
