T'was a nice Sunday evening upper body session. There were certainly other things that I would have rather been doing besides lifting, but I did it anyway.

These simple, time efficient programs make it difficult to find a reason to skip training. Sustainable, repeatable training allows us to make progress with just 3-4 sessions per week and just 30-40 minutes per session.

The goal isn't to be smoked from training. I don't want training to negatively affect the rest of the day. I want to make training fit within our lifestyle and allow progress to be made without any negative repercussions.

Adherence is key. Consistency is the goal. This sort of plan is easy to adhere to which increases our consistency which leads to better progress long term.
