Upper Body

Ex 1: single arm kettlebell clean & press-6/6, 5/5

Ex 2: weighted pullups-5,4,3

Ex 3: flat dumbbell bench press-8,10

Ex 4: incline dumbbell curls-8,6

Ex 5: cable pushdowns-16,11

Total Time = 28:30 minutes

Don't let the temptation of comfort and laziness win!
