Ex 1: pullups-10,9
Ex 2: single arm DB rows-8/8, 10/10
Ex 3: gorilla rows-12/12, 12/12
Ex 4: kettlebell shrugs-1x20 reps
It was a quick, late night back session. To answer the question that nobody asked: back is my favorite muscle group to train.
