Warmup: single leg glute bridges, dead bugs
Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-3x6/6
Ex 2: unilateral hip thrust-8/8, 8/8, 10/10
Ex 3: alternating reverse lunges-2x8/8
Ex 4: leg curls-15,12
Ex 5: offset calf raises-20/20, 12/12
Total Time = 40 minutes
Followed up a crippling leg session with some beef + rice and a nice 3 mile walk.
