Kettle-Bro Saturday Active Recovery Workout

Today was a rest day but I'm a hyperactive child and wanted to move a little before hopping in the sauna.


So, I did a light Iron cardio workout. 


1 kettlebell swing + 1 kettlebell military press + 1 kettlebell front squat right side, then left side. Then I did 5 swings.


I repeated that for 10 rounds. Resting and pacing around a bunch in between rounds.


It satisfied my itch without making me tired or sore. It also gave me something to do while the sauna warmed up.


After playing with the kettlebells I hopped in the sauna for 30 minutes.
