The Most Underrated Press

I'm really digging half kneeling, single arm, overhead presses for myself and my clients right now.

I prefer using a kettlebell if I have them available, because I think the kettlebell just feels flawless for overhead pressing, but dumbbells work very well, also. I'm sure a landmine would feel quite swell, as well.

The pressing pattern in this position feels very self-correcting, hits the shoulders immaculately while allowing a massive range of motion, and it ties in the core muscles nicely.
