Training Log. PPL Day 16. Push Day

Day 1 of my cut, but day 16 of my PPL program.

Warmup: hanging leg raises

Ex 1: incline DB bench press-75x10,8

Ex 2: half kneeling single arm military press (kettlebell)-20kg (44 lb) x 8/8, 7/7

Ex 3: single arm cable pushdowns-9/9, 10/10

Ex 4: DB lateral raises-20x15,11+partials

Total time = 24 minutes

I didn't really feel like training today, but with my "30 Minute Physique" lifestyle (shameless plug), it's tough to NOT squeeze in a productive workout somewhere in the day.

Today I actually had a decent gap between my morning clients and afternoon clients. Which is a rare treat these days.

Need a program, but don't need to be spending a great deal of time in the gym, garage, basement, backyard, or wherever you train?

Just copy what I'm doing and see how it goes.
