Basic PPL Day 15
Pull Session
Ex 1: pullups-8,6
Ex 2: single arm DB rows-2x12/12
Ex 3: incline DB curls-9,7
Ex 4: incline hammer curls-12,8
Total time = 30 minutes, exactly
I had an excellent Sunday afternoon garage gym session after another productive morning.
I did my 30 minutes of strenuous lifting, then I hopped in my sauna (also in the garage) for 25 minutes.
Now I'm outside eating my post workout meal of oats, whey, peanut butter, and honey while chilling in my swimsuit enjoying the sunny and 70 degrees (fahrenheit) weather.
I'll spend the next 2 hours hanging out with the wife outside, playing with my dogs, reading a couple books, and hopping in and out of the hot tub as I see fit.
Then it'll be time for a boring dinner of beef, rice, Chick-fil-A sauce, and veggies. Maybe I'll toss in a tuna sandwich for dessert.
Turning off the phone and social medias for the remainder of the weekend.

P.S. I plan on sharing my training logs here on the blog, and I'd like to start with the current 30 Minute PPL program I've been running, but I've got a back log of training updates from the previous 14 sessions. So be prepared to have those 'dumped' on the blog sometime this week.
From that point on, I'll just update you all on the training the day of the workouts. Some will have lots of detail and thoughts, some will have nothing other than the exercises, sets, and reps.
