Make exercise more convenient.


Do you want to watch TV, but, you also have pesky fitness goals?


Yeah, everyone does.


Instead of sitting on the couch and taking on the shape of said couch, walk on a treadmill or ride a stationary bike while watching TV.


Do this for 30-60 minutes per day for 1 year while watching TV and see what happens. Earn your right to sit on the couch after 30-60 minutes of walking/cycling.


Pair this with strength training 2-4 days per week and you will quite literally transform your mind and your body into a well-oiled machine.
