Ex 1: pullups-3x5-12 (do a set or 2 weighted pullups if you're able)
Ex 2: half kneeling kettlebell/dumbbell military press-2x6-12
Ex 3: staggered stance single arm rows-2x6-12
Ex 4: standing dumbbell lateral raise-2x10-20
Ex 5: bent over rear delt flyes-2x15-20
Ex 6: half snatch (kettlebell or dumbbell)-2x6-12
