Post workout sauna for 25 minutes.

Calf raises are a little tedious at home gyms. I have a few decent go to options. And the single leg calf raise is NOT one of those decent options. I hate those suckers.

I'm fortunate to have the sauna in my garage and I'm looking forward to seeing the role this infrared sauna may have during this summer cutting phase. If nothing else, it's a good excuse to listen to a podcast for 25 minutes or so.

Speaking of podcasts, I'm curious what some of your favorite fitness related podcasts may be. I have a handful of go-tos I like to rotate through. Though, many of the are quite different from each other. For example, some of my favorites are hardcore natural bodybuilding pods, while others are hardcore kettlebell pods, others are coaching/personal trainer business pods, and some are somewhere in between.

Day 2 of the cut is completed.

My calories today were just over 2,600. It looks like I logged 2,618 calories, to be exact.

My protein intake was 205 grams, fats clocked in at 88 grams, and carbs ended up being 272 grams.

Good night.
