I've been pretty burnt out the last couple of days.
But, we train anyway.
Today was a lower day.
Ex 1: deadlift-2x5
Ex 2: Bulgarian split squats-2x10/10
Ex 3: leg extensions-15,12
Ex 4: calf raise-15,10
Total time = 35 minutes
