Ex 1: 2KB MP-2x45 (20kg)x10,8,7

Ex 2: pullups-8,7,5

Ex 3: incline DB curls-35x9,6; 30x7

Ex 4: single arm cable pushdown-27.5x16/16, 10/10, 6/6


Total time = 33 minutes
