Warmup: glute bridges and flutter kicks
Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-2x12/12
Ex 2: reverse lunges-2x10/10
Ex 3: leg curls-15,11
Ex 4: unilateral leg extensions-16/16, 15/15
Ex 5: offset calf raises- (skipped)
Awesomely simple leg session tonight. I skipped calves because I'm a weenie.
Have great lifts the rest of the week!
