11/12/2024 Training Log: Chest & Shoulders

11/12/2024 Training Log: Chest & Shoulders

I did my 30ish minute workout between clients at the commercial gym.

Warmup: machine crunches-15,10,8

Ex 1: 2KB military press-8,7,8

Ex 2: flat dumbbell bench press-8,6,4

Ex 3: incline dumbbell bench press-3x6

Ex 4: cable lateral raise-12.5x12/12, 12/12, 11/11

Total Time = 33 minutes

Trained at the gym today. I was exhausted, but I had an hour to lift and eat, and I knew I wasn't going to do it when I got home tonight, so I told myself, "buckle up buttercup." And I'll tell you what...I buckled my buttercup up and got it done. And, as per usual, I am happier and better for it.

Success comes from doing the work, regardless of how you feel.

In my case – training only takes me about 30-40 minutes. I always have time to get my training done. At a certain age, you're either becoming stronger or you're becoming weaker each day.

I became a little stronger today....
