6:15am lift
Warmup: single leg glute bridges, air squats
Ex 1: Bulgarian Split Squat-8/8, 6/6
Ex 2: Reverse lunges-8/8, 8/8
Ex 3: seated leg curls-15,15,12
Ex 4: leg extensions-15,13
Ex 5: calf raise (leg press)-20,12,12
Total Time = 36 minutes
Feeling a bit under the weather the past several days, but adjusting my training intensity to allow myself to still get it done.
