A1: Bulgarian split squats-2x8/8
A2: B stance RDL-10/10, 8/8
B1: single arm heel elevated front squats-2x10/10
B2: 1 hand kettlebell swings-2x10/10
C1: double kettlebell heel elevated front squat-1x5
C2: single leg calf raise-10/10
Total Time = 30 minutes
T'was a beautiful, brisk day. I just had to squeeze in a leg session in the back yard between clients today.
2x28kg (2x62lb) kettlebells, a split squat stand, and a ramp board were all I needed to complete today's lovely leg session.
