10/30/2024 Training Log. Upper A


Ex 1: incline dumbbell bench press-12,12

Ex 2: pullups-8,8,8

Ex 3: cable lateral raise-12/12, 12/12

Ex 4: incline dumbbell curls-12,10

Ex 5: cable pushdowns-20,15


Total time = 40 minutes 


First lifting session in 5 days after a bit of traveling, outdoorsing, and recovering. It was a later session than normal, and I wasn't feeling super stoked, but as per usual, once I got lifting, the pump got pumping, and everything went well.


Don't skip training just because you think you're tired or you think you'll have a bad session. Once you get moving, those tired feelings go away and you find the energy to overcome resistance – and even gravity for a short while – and you'll always feel better after it's done.
