Another late training session after a busy day.
Ex 1: kettlebell see saw presses-12/12, 10/10
Ex 2: incline dumbbell curls-10,10
Ex 3: cable overhead extensions-20,16
Ex 4: cable lateral raises-12/12, 12/12
Total Time = 33 minutes
It's tough to beat a good "tank top muscles" session.
