Warmup: hanging leg raises x 20 reps
Ex 1: incline dumbbell curls-12,8,10
Ex 2: cable pushdowns-20,20,16
Ex 3: dumbbell hammer curls-15,15
Ex 4: dumbbell skull crushers-10,11,11
Total Time = 35 minutes
Nothing interesting to report. It was another night lift, which has been a trend the last week or so. I'm usually a mid-day or early afternoon hoister of the iron.
I'm enjoying having an entire day dedicated just to arms for the moment.
