4x10 x 2 hand swings with the 48kg/106lb Beast.
After dinner Workout Snack: 2x10 x 1 hand kettlebell swings with 28kg/62lb kettlebell.
Earning my dessert.
I took a rest days from my standard program today, but got 3 quick, 5ish minute workout snacks (mini workouts) done throughout the day.
12 pullups and 60 swings completed.
Not bad for a rest day.
Legs tomorrow.
