Garage Gym Chronicles: 04/16/2025 Training Log. Push, Hinge, Triceps
Warm up: offset calf raise-20/20. Abs and glutes are very sore today, so I skipped 2/3rds of the usual warm up
Ex 1: incline dumbbell bench press-10,9
Ex 2: 1 hand kettlebell swings-12/12, 10/10, 10/10
Ex 3: single arm cable overhead extensions-18/18, 15/15, 12/12
Total Time = 23 minutes
