Ignore Mainstream Fitness Confusion

You don't need an all or nothing approach to see great health and body composition results.

I know the mainstream fitness media and the industry makes it seem this way. It drives me bonkers.

You just need simple, progressive training done consistently paired with sensible nutrition and sleep practices.

Add in a daily walk or 2 and you're golden.

Fitness should supplement your life. Your fitness practice should fit into your life and give you more than it takes from you.

Don't put off adopting healthier habits because you're overwhelmed by how complicated it all seems. It's really quite simple.
