Something Cool is Coming

I'm finishing up some workout videos for a free plan I'm creating (which will be available to download via PDF). There'll be some progressions and regressions for various exercises and – along with the written program – I want to provide good video exercise tutorials and sample video summaries of each workout so you're as prepared as humanly possible to succeed with the program I'll be giving away.

Hold tight for the PDF plan. It's going to be available to download soon.

I think many people will find it very useful, enjoyable, and eye opening. Whether it's the program you use to finally get off the couch and be consistent, or if you decide to use it as your long term system for training, or if you use it to “switch things up” for a little while, or even if you simply use it as a contingency (backup) plan on days you can't get away for your regular workouts — I really believe there's great value in the program I'm going to give away.

Fitness doesn't have to be inconvenient, boring, and complex. The PDF is all about simple, convenient, efficient, and effectiveness.

Will it make you look like a sauced-up bodybuilder?

No.

But it will make you more muscular, leaner, stronger, better conditioned, and help you sculpt an athletic figure without the false optimized complexity that continually sabotages our efforts, thanks to the persistently harmful online fitness space.

I've said enough for now. Keep an eye on your inbox for the download link! It shan't be long now.
