We (I guess technically, it's "I"...) also are rolling out an additional challenge for June, which I'll share with you all right now:
50 kettlebell swings per day.
That's it. That's the challenge.
50 swings anyway, anyhow. Get 'em done and build that kettle-booty, burn some extra calories, and increase your lung capacity.
Today's been a solid Saturday. As of writing this (which is probably hours before I'll post it) it's early afternoon, I've done all the yard work for the weekend, I've eaten a couple small, high protein meals, I had a stellar chest & arms session (despite my bum shoulder), I did my 50 kettlebell swings, I've already achieved 10,000 steps, and I'm about to eat some eggs and Greek yogurt. It's a good start to the weekend.
How is everyone's 60 days of summer shredding going? Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help, or if you just want to brag. I'm here for all of it.
