Single Arm Rows are Elite

There are lots of great row variations out there. I still believe the single arm row is a fantastic option.

I like to use kettlebells, dumbbells, or a landmine attachment for this exercise.

If you know how to row with free weights, you'll never be without options. And doing single arm rows with dumbbells, kettlebells, rocks, and whatever else you can think of, will carry over well to any other row variation you try in the future.

Don't get overwhelmed by all the ever-changing "optimal exercise" gab. Pick exercises that challenge the muscles within the movement pattern desired, add reps then load over time, and continue to get better at executing said exercise.
