Workout Snack Break

Mid-day 2 minute workout snack break:

5 pullups

20 pushups

5 pullups

I'm going to start doing more of these quick, easy movement breaks. Aiming to do at least once per day. No goals or rules other than keeping these "workout snack" breaks less than 10 minutes at a time.

The goal is threefold:

1. Add extra, low fatigue, easy volume to my weekly training

2. Give me a little boost of feel-good energy

3. Keep my mind productive and focused.
