You All Should be Doing This Daily

Walking 60 minutes 


1 walk for 60 minutes.


2 walks for 30 minutes each.


3 walks or 20 minutes each.


4 walks of 15 minutes each.


5 walks of 12 minutes each.


6 walks of 10 minutes each.


I don't care how you slice it.


Just make sure you accumulate 60 minutes of 'formal' walking per day.


That means walking to the bathroom or across the parking lot doesn't count. That doesn't mean you shouldn't do those things. You certainly should.


It only counts towards your "60 minute walk" if you do it specifically as a walk for light exercise purposes.


Get it done. It's simple and you should do it daily.
