Warmup: another long day of work plus physical therapy session to help fix my hips
Ex 1: incline DB bench press-75x12,9
Ex 2: half kneeling KB military press-44 (20kg)x10/10, 9/9
Ex 3: single arm cable pushdowns-30x10/10, 6/6
Ex 4: DB lateral raise-2x20x15,12
Total Time = 32 minutes
Technically my Summer Shred challenge (that I'm leading) starts on Monday, May 13th. But I like to get started a little early.
