Summer Shred Day 8. PPL day 28, Pull
No time to come home during the day so I trained at the gym where I work.
Ex 1: weighted pullups-6,5
Ex 2: single arm DB rows-2x10
Ex 3: incline DB curls-8,7
Ex 4: incline hammer curls-6, (dropped weight) 10
Total time = 29 minutes and 30 seconds.
Nothing spectacular to note, but a great session nonetheless.
