Today's training:

PPL day 30. Pull Session

Warmup: kettlebell haloes, band pull aparts, cable crunches

Ex 1: weighted pullups-6,5

Ex 2: single arm DB row-12/12, 11/11

Ex 3: incline DB curls-9,8

Ex 4: rear delt fly-20,20

Total time = 30 minutes

I lifted earlier than usual since I have an unusual work schedule today. Clients at 7, 10, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5:30 (Thursdays are one of my late days where I don't finish work until after 6:30 pm). So I lifted during my first gap.

All went well and the shoulder seems to be progressing just fine.

The cutting phase is about 4 weeks in and going strong. I'm excited to see how things will be looking in another 6 weeks.

I've been able to keep my calories around 2,400-2,600 daily and my protein around 200+ grams per day. So far, those targets seem to be working very nicely for me.
