Today was one of those long days at work.
7am-6:30pm. Got home, ate dinner, and realized I've got 50 daily swings to do.
I did 1 hand swings in the garage at 8pm (usually my bed time).
All 50 swings were done in 2 minutes and 4 seconds (all shown in video).
24KG/53LB kettlebell was the toy of choice for today's swings.
10 left, 10 right, 10 left, 10 right, 5 left, 5 right = day 6 of 50 swings per day challenge completed.
My lower body was quite stiff and sore from yesterday's leg workout, so I was fighting some glute & hamstring cramping during these condensed swings. Always fun.
