It's tough to beat fresh grapefruit.


Warmup: rotator cuff big 4 (laying face down and flailing my arms around in various directions); kettlebell haloes x5/5, Turkish Getups 3x1/1


A1: kettlebell front squats-2x10

A2: air squats-2x20


B1: single arm rows-15/15, 12/12

B2: deficit pushups-2x20


C1: overhead cable extensions-15,13

C2: calf raises-20,16


Total time = 45 minutes
