E2MOM Bodyweight workout

Pushup-20,20

Hindu squat-20,20

Hindu pushup-10,10

Reverse lunge-10/10, 10/10

Pullups-5,5

1 exercise every 2 minutes. Rest the remaining of the 2 minute block before moving on to the next exercise.

Each exercise took around 30 seconds, give or take, to complete. This means I had about 1 minute 30 seconds to rest between sets/exercises.

The total workout took 20 minutes.

I could have added 1-2 rounds and had a pretty awesome 30 or 40 minute workout, but I kept it brief because I might be going to a gym later today and it's VERY hot outside. Plus, I've got a busy day of no plans vacationing.

I'm out of town this week, but I still want to get at least some minimum training done. While I plan to get to a gym once or twice this week, I still am making sure to get some quick and simple, bodyweight full body workouts in each day, at a minimum. That way, I start out the day with a win and I hit the daily minimum requirement. Everything beyond these quick, early morning bodyweight workouts is a bonus.
