Rest day today.


I just knocked out 30 reps of bodyweight squats after spending most of the day writing, editing, planning emails, and publishing blog posts.


Tomorrow is actual leg day and I'll officially kick off PPL 365 block 1, week 1, day 1 with a leg session.
