Crazy busy day to cap off a crazy week. Carved out some time between clients to do my upper body session at the gym where I'm primarily employed.
Ex 1: incline DB bench press-11,8
Ex 2: single arm DB rows-12/12, 11/11, 9/9
Ex 3: cable lateral raise-15/15, 12/12
Ex 4: cable overhead extensions-12,6 (dropped weight by 5 pounds and did 5 more reps)
Ex 5: standing DB curls-10,7
Total Time = 38 minutes
Time for a quick bro-tein shake and a banana then back to changing lives (for the better, hopefully).
