Commercial gym archives: 01/21/2025 Training Log. Upper
Long day of training people. Business is good. So, I trained at the gym where I work today.
Ex 1: pullups-8,7
Ex 2: incline dumbbell bench press-12,9
Ex 3: single arm dumbbell rows-12/12, 10/10
Ex 4: dumbbell lateral raise-17,13
Ex 5: concentration curls-12/12, 8/8
Ex 6: cable pushdowns-17,10
Followed up the workout with 2 sets of 10 hanging leg raises and some supinated wrist curls and pronated wrist curls for 20 reps and 10 reps, respectfully.
The total time was around 45 minutes.
It was another splendid session.
