Garage Gym Chronicles: 11/20/2024 Training Log. 30 Minute Push Session

Still dealing with this cold or flu or whatever it is. But, it does no good to sit around doing nothing. If I'm well enough to go into work and train victims–I mean–clients, I'm good enough to train myself.

Just 2 sets of everything today.

Ex 1: single arm kettlebell military press-5/5, 6/6

Ex 2: flat dumbbell bench press-11,8

Ex 3: cable lateral raise-12/12, 13/13

Ex 4: cable pushdowns-20,12

Total Time = 29 minutes

Followed this up with a dinner of rice, turkey burger, and broccoli. Then for dessert I had oats, peanut butter, honey, and whey protein powder with a side of grapes.

Happy Wednesday.
