Looking to Unfat Yourself? Read this!

If you're looking to unfat yourself in the new year:

Stop eating fast food, limit your grocery list to just basics (fruit, potatoes, rice, meat, chicken, eggs), and spend time moving each day.

Short but frequent bouts of movement work great.

10 squats (goblet or bodyweight) 3 times per day, throughout the day.

10 pushups 3 times per day throughout the day.

10 rows 3 times per day throughout the day.

That's easy and each bout will take around 5 minutes, leading to just around 15 minutes of daily exercise – while never getting super fatigued – throughout the day.

Top off the day with a walk outside for 30-60 minutes. Prepare your own food, spend some time talking with another/other humans (either on the phone or face to face), and get to bed before 10pm (unless you work odd hours, of course).

Within a year you'll magically look and feel much healthier.

Ideally, these little habits will motivate you to eventually doing regular 30-45 minute strength training routines 3-5 days per week, but even if that doesn't happen, 3 daily 5 minute full body “workout snacks” will go along way when paired with a daily walk and real food.
