My Newest E-Book: Fit Minimalist Program

Fit Minimalist Program actually contains endless programming opportunities. But this FREE ebook covers a simple protocol that can be used no matter if you have just 10 minutes to train or 60 minutes to train.

This is an ebook for those of you that are:

-generalists

-minimalists

-home gym trainees

-new trainees

-advanced trainees that want to get more out of less.

In this short ebook, I'll teach you how to create programs with just 2 exercises per session.

These programs are simple, but challenging.

Not to be redundant, but this is a general approach to fitness.

That means this protocol may not make you world class in any fitness quality, but it will help you become pretty darn good in every fitness quality. All while taking pretty minimal time and while using just 2-4 exercises and no more than 2 exercises per session.

Fit Minimalist programs improve strength, muscle, cardio, grit, and take advantage of training density.

Training density refers to squeezing lots of work into little time.

This sort of training can be used as a stand-alone program OR it can be used to supplement your other training (either at the end of training sessions or on separate training days).

I explain how I, personally, use this protocol to supplement my own, more specific, hypertrophy training; and when I would use it as a stand-alone training program.

If you want to get fit from home with minimal equipment, a flexible schedule, look AND feel better naked — download this ebook and give the program a shot.

As always, thanks for your support!
