Summer Sunday Funday Report

Updated: Jul 28, 2025

Garage Gym Chronicles

Woke up, got outside and read a little from my 2 current books. 1 non-fiction; 1 fiction (“Iron Gold,” book 4 of the “Red Rising” series after taking a 2 year break from the series upon completing the third book).

Ate a little breakfast.

Drank a little coffee.

Did the following workout:

07/27/2025 Training Log. Upper Body

Now I'm sitting outside, writing this update, supersetting between sips of natural orange juice (zero added sugars) and my whey protein + 2% milk bro-tein shake.

Chilling with my dogs. Doing a little more reading.

Then, my wife and I will take the dogs for a 30-40 minute walk before heading down to the river for a little rafting.

I love summer time in Boise, Idaho.
