Warm up: ab wheel rollouts, rear delt flyes


Ex 1: single arm kettlebell clean & press-2x6/6

Ex 2: single arm kettlebell row-12/12, 11/11, 10/10

Ex 3: flat dumbbell bench press-10,6

Ex 4: single arm spider curls-12/12, 10/10

Ex 5: single arm cable pushdowns-12/12, 11/11


Total Time = 35 minutes 



09/14/2025 Training Log: Legs


Warm up: yard work and mowing lawn


Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-2x7/7

Ex 2: B stance RDL-15/15, 12/12

Ex 3: 14 inch box step ups-2x10/10

Ex 4: offset kettlebell calf raise-15/15, 12/12


Total Time = 29 minutes 



09/15/2025 Training Log: Upper


Warm up: rear delt flyes


Ex 1: incline dumbbell bench press-9,7,5

Ex 2: pullups-8,5,4,5

Ex 3: chest supported lateral raise-15, 10+5 partials, 12

Ex 4: incline dumbbell curls-12,6,5+2 (rest pause last set)

Ex 5: cable overhead extensions-15,7+3 rest pause, 7+4 rest pause


Total Time = 39 minutes
