Another session between clients at the commerical gym where I work. I'm biased, but I don't think it holds a candle to my rugged garage gym, but it gets the job done.

My legs are still sore from my leg workout 2 days ago, so today was spicy. Usually I wouldn't train this frequently (6 sessions in the last 7 days – 3 leg days + 3 upper days), but I'm on the road again and won't be in a gym setting again until Monday night or Tuesday. So I figured I'd earn the 3-4 days off.

Off on a 7 hour drive to see some old pals now. Have a great weekend.
