15 Minute EMOM double kettlebell cleans.
I alternated every other minute between double cleans and double dead stop cleans.
Accumulated 75 total reps with 2x24kg (2x53 lbs) & 1 firm bee swat around the 11 minute mark (he started it).
T'was a decent "strength cardio" workout and a nice mental break from my more formal manual labor.
