Rest day except my swings today.


Day 8 of 50 #kettlebellswings per day challenge completed.


I did 1 hand swings with the 28kg (62lb) kettlebell.


I did 4 sets of 10 reps and 2 sets of 5 reps.


Have a good rest of your weekend and get some movement done.
