10/09/2024 Training Log: PPL 365, Week 2 Day 3, Legs A
Juicy leg session this morning during a quick break between clients.
It's a long and stressful day. Nothing helps deal with stress better than carving out some time for a good training session.
Basically, lifting weights makes everything better.
Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-2x8/8
Ex 2: leg curls-2x15
Ex 3: reverse lunges-2x10/10
Ex 4: offset kettlebell calf raise-1x20/20
Total time = 28 minutes
