Adopt some staple meals.
These are healthy, high protein meals that you will rotate through eating daily or near daily.
It's boring. But people with great physiques eat the same things every day.
I recommend eating the same breakfast most days, and rotate through the same 3-5 dinners each day.
You can get creative at lunch and snacks, but I'd recommend picking staple lunches & snacks, too.
Here's some of my staples:
Breakfast:
1. 4 eggs with honey or ketchup; fruit. Sometimes toast or bagel depending on my calorie goals
Lunch:
1.tuna sandwich or turkey sandwich; fruit
Snacks:
1. Greek yogurt
2. Oats + whey protein
3. Fruit
4. Protein shake
Dinner:
1. Turkey burgers & veggies
2. Turkey, rice, & veggies with chick fil-a sauce
3. Fish & rice
4. Salmon Burger & veggies
5. Bison burger or ground beef, rice, & veggies
I don't eat all these options every day, or even every week. But these are my go-to meal options. They're my staples.
If I have calories and I want a treat, I'll have popcorn or a peanut butter sandwich for dessert.
