Warm up: frog situps-20,20


A1: single arm kettlebell military press-2x8/8

A2: pullups-2x8


B1: incline dumbbell bench press-11,10

B2: single arm rows-8/8, 7/7


C1: concentration curls-2x12/12

C2: cable pushdowns-20,15


Total Time = 40 minutes 


Followed up this upper body session with a nice 45 minute evening walk.
