Ex 1: incline dumbbell bench press-2x6-12

Ex 2: flat dumbbell bench press-2x6-12

Ex 3: incline dumbbell curls-2x6-12

Ex 4: cable pushdowns-2x10-20

Ex 5: concentration curls-2x6-12

Ex 6: overhead cable extensions-2x10-20


Feel free to superset the bicep & tricep exercises.
